Привет всем.
Проблема в следующем, после установки пхп5, апача и т.п. возникла проблема в кодировке.
Т.е при заливке на сервер файлов, и доступе к ним через вебинтерфейс, то вместо букв, появляются одни вопросы и кубики.
Конфиг такой
Apache/2.2.3 (Debian) PHP/5.2.0-8+etch15 mod_ruby/1.2.6 Ruby/1.8.5(2006-08-25) mod_ssl/2.2.3 OpenSSL/0.9.8c

Пробывал глоб. конфиг апач, удалял все кодировки, не помогло. В чем может быть проблема.

в .htaccess
AddDefaultCharset <charset>
Где <charset> - cp1251 или utf-8

Опыта не хватает только тогда, когда он очень нужен.
Лучше учиться на чужих ошибках, на своих ,бесспорно, больнее.

Не помогает, пробывал. И в htacces прописвать, в глобал апаче удалять все кодировки, все равно, эффект нуль.

Эффект скорее всего в том, что Вы удалили не то что надо.
Вам надо знать в какой кодировке файл, который Вы переносите на сервер, а далее установить нужную или глобально или для определенного виртуального хоста.
Покажите результат команды:
